Andrew Harris graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN, in 1993 and then DePaul University College of Law, in Chicago, IL, in 1996. Since that time his law practice has varied, from working in private criminal law, handling consumer/domestic law cases for the City of Chicago, and then working as a Federal attorney focusing on disability, employment and labor law. In 2010, Andrew started his private practice, the Law Office of Andrew Harris, with a focus on navigating Oregonians through the complicated world of federal and state bankruptcy laws.

 

Being a Bankruptcy Lawyer is Andrew's only business and guiding Oregonians through the bankruptcy process is something that he thoroughly enjoys. Andrew prides himself on retaining a personal relationship with his clients. So, if you are looking for a big law firm atmosphere, you will not find it here. Some bankruptcy firms handle a thousand cases or more in one year, but Andrew simply does not want to be a “bankruptcy mill” and crank out case after case. Andrew will not only provide exceptional service, but offer compassion and guidance, as you work through this unique, and sometimes difficult, time.

 

A resident of Central Oregon since 2006, Andrew cannot think of a better place to raise his two daughters.  The close-knit and vibrant community, and the outdoor splendor and opportunities, are second to none.  When not in the office, you may find Andrew alpine skiing at Mt. Bachelor, on the golf course or a hiking trail, taking in a concert, or enjoying a summer festival with his friends and daughters.
